Our Account Managers and Customer Service team are the point of contact for our clients. Accountants are great with numbers, so we developed a model so they can focus on the figures while an account manager focuses on the client; who they are, what their goals are and what makes them tick!

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for people who love, well… people! You don’t need to know anything about accounting, if you do, great – but it’s not a deal breaker. We’re looking for people who thrive in an environment where they can have a few things on the go at any given time. People who know what to say to our clients when they’ve had a big win, or when they’re at their lowest point and most importantly, when to not say anything at all and be the listening ear someone needs. We’re looking for people who think our values are pretty great and would like to make them their own.

Jeanette’s Story

As an account specialist I have multiple things on the go at any one time but thankfully I’m organised by nature which allows me to be across it all.

I’m the point of call for clients, I need to have a solid grasp of their portfolios, so I know what questions they’re going to ask before they ask them!

Whether I’m fielding enquiries from our clients, helping them plan their dream life in a strategy session or liaising with the ATO on their behalf no two days are the same, but they’re all busy!

We’re a growing business, we have big goals and no doubt we’ll need extra hands to achieve them so Qubik HQ is sure to expand and encompass other areas.
