Dom founded Qubik as QAG in 2007, driven by a passion for helping business owners and businesses to succeed. His focus has always been people – both in how he performs his work, and how he encourages his team. He leads with purpose, to set the example for becoming the best versions of ourselves.
We know Dom not just for being our boss, but also for being able to solve the Rubik’s cube, for his impatience to deliver bold new ideas, and for his expansive mindset.
Outside the office, Dom is often found running around after his four kids, or travelling as a family to show them all the incredible places the world has to offer.

We know Simone for her cheeky sense of humour and her unending commitment from Sunrise to Sunset – always looking for ways to make a difference for the team and her customers.

Driven by seeing performance growth and higher engagement, Alison’s work ensures our team always do the best we can for our clients.

When she’s not at work, Alison spends her time getting out and about with her ten-year-old daughter, taking advantage of the wonderful environment we live in and making the most of each day.
Coming from a HR background in the video game industry, Christie cut her teeth in high-growth startups before being tapped to join Qubik. She’s dedicated to looking after and investing in our people as we grow, and to creating an extraordinary quality of life for our team.
Christie is always seeking to raise the bar by supporting our people to be the best version of themselves. She is known around the office for her encouragement, support, and warm heart.
Outside the office, Christie has many hobbies. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, reading, travelling, scuba diving, entertaining friends, and watching movies.
Having worked for a youth organisation for several years, Sarah has a deep understanding of how to support and empower people in challenging situations. She’s passionate about going above and beyond to help her clients in multiple ways to reach their full potential.
Sarah joined us in early 2020, and is known around the office for being supportive and never turning down a request for help – whenever someone needs her, she’s there.
Away from the office, home is her haven. Sarah loves to spend time with her partner and dog, relaxing in their space. If you catch her out and about, she’s probably on a mission to find a new cafe or restaurant – as a foodie, she’ll be the first to try something different.
Eight years’ of accounting experience brought Amalka to Qubik.
A woman of many talents, Amalka loves to sew! When she’s not working, you’ll find her getting back to nature, travelling with her husband.
Harith comes to Qubik with seven years’ accounting experience.
A keen sportsman, Harith spends his free time at the gym, in the pool or playing rugby… when he’s not there you’ll find this dog lover looking after his four-legged friends!
Helanki has more than eight years’ experience in the accounting world.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Helanki travelling all over the country with her husband getting back to nature, she’s our resident camping expert and a keen adventurer!
Heshan comes to Qubik with seven years’ accounting experience.
When he’s not working you’ll find this avid sportsman out on the cricket pitch or on the rugby field!
On a rainy day you’ll find him watching movies or cooking with his wife.
Arunika found herself in the accounting world after a few years in the banking industry.
A self-professed crazy cat lady, Arunika has two beloved ginger fur balls, Winnie and Tigger. You won’t find her watching scary movies in her free time, but she’s an avid reader and a keen baker!
Vidushani comes to Qubik with more than five years’ accounting experience.
An interior design lover, Vidushani has a love for places with natural beauty, so when she’s not working you’ll find her chasing waterfalls and climbing mountains.
Geethani has been working in the industry for more than four years.
When she’s not number crunching you can find her reading detective novels, her favourite being Sherlock Holmes!
Uthpala has a wealth of accounting experience having been in the industry for more than ten years.
But that’s not her only talent.
An avid reader and movie enthusiast, Uthpala likes to spend her weekends visiting her parents with her husband learning about her mum’s yummy recipes!
With eight years’ accounting experience Rasanjali is one of a kind.
An avid music lover and a keen singer, Rasanjali is also blessed with a green thumb, she spends her free time working on her veggie garden with her husband.
Rukshana has been in the accounting industry for more than four years.
A dedicated mum, Rukshana is busy running around after a very active one year old and with another little arrival later this year, her hands will be almost full! When the kids are napping, she loves gardening and is an avid reader.
Pubudu has more than nine years’ accounting experience, but he’s also a wonderful writer!
His love for writing is matched only by his love for cricket, as a proud supporter of the Sri Lankan team he’s out supporting the Sri Lankan team at every opportunity.

With a strong accounting background both in Australia and overseas, Scott is our resident globe trotter. After working as a Business Advisor with one of the Big 4 in Sydney Scott headed to the UK where he worked with high growth businesses preparing for listing.
Now at Qubik, Scott loves that his role gives him the opportunity to really make a difference in the lives of his clients and he gets a real kick out of helping them reach their goals.
He’s never too busy to lend a hand and as a self-professed book worm, we can always rely on him for excellent literary recommendations.

Jase was looking for a change after 12 years in corporate travel and joined the team right in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, immediately showing us his ability to adapt, even in the most extreme of circumstances.
Passionate about providing our clients with exceptional customer service Jase loves building relationships with our clients and assisting them in their journey to creating their dream life. Jase’s quick-witted humour brings a brightness to our days, and you just know he’s got a dad joke for every situation, whether we asked for one or not. When he’s not in the office you can find Jase in the kitchen prepping and creating meals for his blog, Dad’s Home Kitchen, or running around after his four-year-old.
Backed up by a variety of accounting experience across the world, including in a ‘Big 4’, Kitty specialises in advisory that makes a difference to her clients. She’s dedicated to helping her clients achieve both their business goals and personal goals.
We know her in the office as being the event planner – she loves getting everyone organised and coordinating all the plans.
Outside the office, Kitty loves to eat out with friends, watch new TV shows, and spend time with her family.
Rhiannon’s been part of the Qubik family for 5 years, and has found her calling in HR. After recently completing her diploma of HR Management, we were thrilled to bring her back on-board full time.
We know her as the endlessly positive person who can never say no, and brings passion to her team every day.
Outside the office, ask Rhiannon about her rock collection – it’s more interesting than you think! When not working or looking for rocks, she loves to spend quality time with her children at home.
Hailing from Canada, Lisa joined us in early 2020 to create and integrate the HR policies that will help our team grow and thrive. Responsible for recruitment, employee support, and maintaining company culture, Lisa finds fulfilment in seeing people succeed.
Our team know Lisa as an open ear and a supporter in their corner who’s always just a phone call away.
Lisa’s supportive nature continues long after leaving the office – she’s a mother to 3 beautiful children and spends much of her free time doing family activities out in nature or shuttling them to and from sports events.
Isaac – Qld Accounting Group
Having started at Qubik straight out of high school, he’s risen through the ranks to become a senior accountant. Isaac is satisfied when he knows his clients are getting properly looked after, with the support they need to fulfil their business ambitions.
Isaac is well known around the office for taking advantage of casual Fridays, orchestrating our weekly “Thai Thursdays” takeaway meal, and generally being cheeky whenever he can.
Outside of work, you’ll find Isaac making cocktails, singing terribly at karaoke, and practising his public speaking (hopefully not all at the same time).
With 30 years’ experience in his own business, John understands the highs and lows that business owners can encounter on their journey. His new mission is to show owners that there’s a better way to run their business, by introducing the difference that Qubik can make in their lives.
We know John around the office for his great energy and sense of humour. He’s an honest bloke, and a good friend to the team.
Away from the office, John is a proud dad to three boys and spends most of his time waking up at the crack of dawn to watch his youngest row!
Glen – Qld Accounting Group
Coming from a varied background – from running a business in Japan to working in the retirement industry in Australia – Glenn brings a wealth of business experience to our team. Passionate about building relationships and helping business owners reach their goals, Glenn gets a kick out of seeing his clients succeed.
He’s known by the team as being cooperative and helpful, if you don’t mind his bad jokes along the way. He tells us he’s not as fluent in Japanese as we think he is, but we still make him order in restaurants.
Out of the office, Glenn enjoys casinos, night clubs … just kidding! Movies and a glass of red wine are his ticket. You can also catch him down at the golf club, (and probably beat him).
Progressing through the administration ranks, Bianca found her passion designing and developing internal processes and policies for Qubik. Her policy infrastructure enables our accountants to perform at their best, without worrying about additional concerns around them.
In the office, Bianca is known for her caring nature and tough love – she’s not afraid of having difficult conversations or standing up for team members who are unable to speak out for themselves. She’s protective of our team and will fight for fairness wherever needed.
Outside of work you’ll find her riding horses, training and preparing for equestrian competitions, or enjoying a beer in the sunshine.
Coming from years of customer facing experience in the manufacturing industry, Jeanette loves building strong relationships with our clients and creating the processes that will move them forward in their business.
We love Jeanette for her relentless positivity – no matter what’s happening, she’ll find a silver lining and a way to make us laugh.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find her enjoying life with her two daughters, or escaping for a bit of self-care on a run.
From a background in hospitality, Robyn is well versed in nourishing client relationships and providing high quality customer service. She finds reward in seeing her clients succeed both in their business and personal life – it’s more than just numbers on a spreadsheet, it’s about helping them achieve their life goals.
We know her in the office for her bubbly personality and always being available to assist.
Robyn’s time outside the office is usually spent with her children – they certainly keep her busy. With both of them in school now, she’s looking forward to carving out some more “me-time”!
From chasing a Broadway dream and presenting on TV news, Lizzie has now found her home with Qubik. In a new role, Lizzie takes care of our brand voice, ensuring that our communications are powerful and convey the passion and intent we bring to our work.
We love her for regaling us with stories of her life, and keeping our spirits high with her humour.
If Lizzie’s not at work, you can either find her watching women’s soccer or obsessively trying to find the next musical to go see – it’s hard for a person who’s seen them all!
Coming from a background in accounting, Garth was keen to take on some bigger responsibilities and more varied work. Now, no two days are the same as he reviews the office’s tax work, trains and oversees other staff, takes charge of IT, and engages in strategy sessions with clients. He finds fulfilment in achieving results for his clients.
Garth is an all-rounder who knows a bit about a lot of things, and loves to be part of a good team.
When he’s not in the office, Garth loves being out in nature or around animals (even if his cat is a bit of a brat sometimes).
Stephen – Qld Accounting Group
With 21 years in the accounting industry, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and his clients. As well as tax compliance, he also specialises in strategic advisory to help clients identify and achieve their goals.
Around the office Stephen is known for always lending a hand, he’s never too busy to help (even when he is).
Outside of work, Stephen spends all of his time with his family – usually madly running around after his kids’ extracurricular activities. He loves being there to support and watch each of their events.
Clint – Qld Accounting Group
With over 20 years in accounting (5 of those at Qubik), Clint has rich experience across a range of roles and duties. He enjoys his current role as being more impactful, more exciting, and more diverse than any before, allowing him to tackle a range of challenges for his clients everyday and provide more value as a result.
We know him in the office for his corny dad jokes – they make us cringe, but we kinda love it. He’s really positive and passionate about his work, and brings a great energy to the team.
Outside the office, Clint loves spending time with his family and enjoying life. You might catch him doing extreme sports like lawn bowls, if you can handle the thrill.
With a background in consultancy and experience in a range of industries, Matt is the guy who knows a moderate amount about everything, and can get along with anyone. He came to us for our culture, and stayed for the satisfaction of having a positive effect on people’s lives.
Around the office, Matt is known for asking a lot of questions, often at the wrong time, but we can’t knock an inquisitive mind!
Matt’s mind never stops buzzing – outside of work he is dedicated to learning, which he takes seriously with tertiary level books on chemistry, anatomy, and mathematics.
Spark – Qld Accounting Group
Coming to Qubik straight out of university, Spark assists the other accountants with their range of tasks. He loves being in a supportive learning environment where he can develop his skills day by day.
We know him as a hard worker who’s quiet and difficult to distract. He’s always on hand to help out where we need him though!
Away from the office, Spark loves to do DIY projects around the house – he reckons he’d be a handyman if he wasn’t an accountant!
Adrian – Qld Accounting Group
Having spent his whole working life in accountancy, Adrian knows the ins and outs of finance like the back of his hand. He’s driven by making a difference in client’s lives and helping them to find a better path moving forward. From tax compliance to strategy, Adrian brings his wealth of experience to client accounts across all industries.
Indispensable in the office, he’s known for orchestrating Qubik’s extensive social calendar, and finishing sentences with song lyrics.
Outside of work, Adrian turns his strategic mind to sports – playing competitive squash, and being a member of The Brisbane Lions (coming up on 20 years!)

Lee spends most of her time outside the office running around after her kids – to and from sports practice, school, and events. Her German Shepherds are only slightly less demanding.
