I’m passionate about our clients and the journey have with us. I joined the team as an administration assistant and identified the need for a role that analysed every aspect of the customer experience.
I look at every stage of our client’s journey. Analysing the process, policies and procedures we have in place and redesign them where necessary to ensure we operate in a way that delivers the highest satisfaction to our clients.
I’m now Qubik’s Compliance Coordinator. Whether I’m creating new processes, writing new policies, training staff or a combination of the three no two days are the same but they all have the same purpose, to make sure every aspect of our business takes the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients.
