The People and Culture team takes care of everything HR while the Policies, Procedures and P team design how we do what we do to ensure efficiency and accuracy and the Brand and Communications team make sure we’re communicating who we are and what we do in a way that’s true to our organisation. We’re a growing business, we have big goals and no doubt we’ll need extra hands to achieve them so Qubik HQ is sure to expand and encompass other areas.

Bianca’s Story

I’m a great example of the promotional and professional development opportunities at Qubik.

I’m passionate about our clients and the journey have with us. I joined the team as an administration assistant and identified the need for a role that analysed every aspect of the customer experience.

I look at every stage of our client’s journey. Analysing the process, policies and procedures we have in place and redesign them where necessary to ensure we operate in a way that delivers the highest satisfaction to our clients.

I’m now Qubik’s Compliance Coordinator. Whether I’m creating new processes, writing new policies, training staff or a combination of the three no two days are the same but they all have the same purpose, to make sure every aspect of our business takes the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients.
