If you’re looking to grow your business, it’s important you identify your strengths and weaknesses. We track key performance metrics to see what the business does well, and where there’s room for improvement. This is the jumping off point to see how we get you to where you want to be in the future!
Want to know what your business will look like in a few years’ time? To determine a business’s financial position and predict its future position we can forecast the profit and accounting for actual cash received and spent. This can help to identify where cash flow issues may arise and create an opportunity to mitigate the issue.
When a business wants to increase profitability, we can help to identify and reduce expenses, while setting budgeting expectations to compare against performance.
Want to know where you are in comparison to everyone else? Benchmarking can be useful for businesses wanting to know how they fare against their competitors. It can also help to identify areas in which the business is underperforming, so strategies can be put in place to ensure improved efficiency.
Own a business and not really sure where you’re sitting? By valuing your business, we can determine its net value, position and CGT estimation. This will give you a clearer picture of where you are on the map and which roads to take in order to create the extraordinary!
Into Research & Development? Well if benefiting the wider Australia community wasn’t enough, the Federal Government provides some pretty serious financial incentives for those who are. If you’re eligible, it could see you benefit from generous tax offsets or cash refunds upon lodgement of your tax return.
Own a business? Well asset protection is how we ensure that if the business goes under, it doesn’t take your personal or family assets along with it. We take a look at your current structure to determine the risks and assess the costs with changing to a structure that sees you and your family better protected.
If you’re looking to sell your business, you might be looking to maximise the after-tax funds received in the sale. We identify the steps needed to execute the process, ensuring the best outcome is achieved in a compliant fashion. This means taking cashflow implications, debt financing implications into consideration while managing communications and the expectations and requirements of key stakeholders.
If you haven’t taken the time to seek advice on structure, then chances are you’re paying more tax than required and may have placed your assets at unnecessary risk. We can review asset projection and tax planning opportunities, whilst analysing the commercial implications to operating with that structure, all while looking at your future growth planning and distributions!
If you’re a moderately sized business with two or more entities or two or more owners, you could be eligible for less common tax incentives. We conduct modelling to determine the outcomes of all your available options so that we can help you to facilitate the most desirable outcome.
If you’re a small business with one to two owners and one to two entities we conduct a simple review of your financials and produce a list of options you can take to legally reduce your tax liability, giving you more room to grow!
For those who want more control over where their retirement savings are invested a self-managed superannuation fund may be a better option. However, this route does require a fair amount of reporting and auditing to remain legally compliant. It’s a heavily regulated area and can be pretty heavy to wade through on your own. At Qubik we do the heavy lifting for you, so you can spend more time enjoying retirement or planning how to enjoy it in the future!
We all know how important it is to lodge tax returns on time, it’s the difference between being legally compliant and not! By entrusting Qubik with your tax work you’re given the certainty that your return is not only accurate but that your payments have been minimised to their full legal potential.
If you own a company and you’re paying wages upwards of $1.3M or across multiple states, then you have reporting obligations to meet to ensure you remain legally compliant. That’s where Qubik comes in – we can take the hassle out of reporting and do it all for you!
Keeping track of your transactions and making sure they’re up to date helps to give a true representation of where your business stands. It also sets the foundations for completing payroll as well as BAS and IAS obligations to ensure that your business is legally compliant. In some cases, Registered Tax Agents are also able to obtain extensions on lodgements.
In the building and construction industry? Well then, you’re probably already familiar with the QBCC. You might not know that the organisation requires complex reporting be completed in order to obtain and maintain registrations and licensing. Entrusting the management of your QBCC obligations with Qubik means you remain compliant and licensed, and we can make adjustments when they need to be made.
Own a company? You’d know that you’re required to lodge reports and pay fees to ASIC annually. You’re also required to promptly notify the Company Secretary of any changes to shareholders, directors etc. This can be a time-consuming process but by entrusting Qubik with your ASIC obligations we ensure they’re paid and lodged on time.
Risk management is important in every aspect of life, when you identify your risks and put steps in place to mitigate any danger you can stress less and enjoy what’s really important. This is just as important for your business – by identifying potential threats, analysing the likelihood or odds of them occurring and their potential impact we can determine mitigation strategies, meaning you can rest easy!
If you want to create more opportunities for your business, it’s important to think about Innovation and Change. It’s all about making things better, faster, cheaper than your competition in order to create a more efficient business and increased profits. It drives ongoing improvements and creates opportunities. Leading to more efficient business and increased profits.
